Refund Policy

Refund Policy for all programs except 4 hour C.E. Seminars

1. All requests for refund must be in writing and sent to: Insurance Society of Baltimore 1723 Gatehouse Court Bel Air, MD 21014-5663
2. A full refund of tuition will be made immediately if the course is cancelled.
3. A full refund of tuition will be made immediately if the student withdraws before the first class.
4. A full refund of tuition will be made immediately if the student enters Military Service.
5. Pro-rata refund will be granted in the event the student is transferred by his/her employer out of the Baltimore area.
6. After the first class no refunds will be granted, except in the event of employer transfer out of the Baltimore area or entrance into Military Service.
